For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you have three (3) days from the date of delivery to contact Motiif Rugs to arrange for its return. All returns must arrive within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery for a full refund. After the three (3) day period the sale will be considered final.

Items being returned must be in original or equivalent packaging and in the same condition that it was delivered to you
If any of the merchandise is damaged, soiled, or used in any way the return will not be accepted and the merchandise will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued
After the merchandise is received and inspected your money will be refunded on the credit card used
All refunds take 3 to 5 business days to complete
